Controlled-environment agriculture gives us the opportunity to precisely control the growing environment to elicit our desired plant responses including enhancing phytonutrients. The problem is, what exact strategies should we use to enhance phytonutrients? In this session, we will share insights regarding how phytonutrients change with altered environmental conditions. Additionally, we will share some new data on consumer preference and willingness to pay for these enhancements.
